Guardians of the Galaxy won't be released for another 5 months, but Marvel is counting their raccoons before they're hatched. Rocket Raccoon will soon get his own solo comic written and drawn by Skottie Young, of "Oz" fame. The first issue is set for July 2, a full month before his movie debut. Are you going to be reading Rocket's solo comic?

Premiering November 20th, Jessica Jones, Marvel's next Netflix series will continue to introduce the 'street-level' heroes of Hell's Kitchen, New York. This hero isn't as recognizable as her counterparts. As part of MAX (Marvel's first unrated comic line) Alias featured Jessica Jones' downward spiral after a serious trauma forced her to hang up her cape and become a private investigator, but the series only ran for 28 issues between 2001 and 2004.

Now, in order to help audiences catch up with the lesser known hero, Marvel got the original creators (Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos) to create a free 12-page issue connecting Jessica Jones to the over-arching MCU.

There's even a special Daredevil cameo. You can get a Digital Copy at Comixology. You should do it now! It's free!

Based on a series from DC Comic's Vertigo imprint, iZombie will follow the re-animated corpse of med student, Olivia Moore as she feeds on brains to retain her humanity and simultaneously gain psychic imprints to track down murderers. If there's one thing Seattle's known for, it's murder.

iZombie will be joining both Arrow and The Flash on The CW. Hopefully with that track record, it'll do better than Vertigo's last TV adaptation, Constantine. We'll find out on March 17.
