Based on a series from DC Comic's Vertigo imprint, iZombie will follow the re-animated corpse of med student, Olivia Moore as she feeds on brains to retain her humanity and simultaneously gain psychic imprints to track down murderers. If there's one thing Seattle's known for, it's murder.

iZombie will be joining both Arrow and The Flash on The CW. Hopefully with that track record, it'll do better than Vertigo's last TV adaptation, Constantine. We'll find out on March 17.

Here's another rumored Superhero show to add to the mix, the X-Men may be coming to television. Apparently, Fox is already dead set on bringing the license to TV, but with no official announcement, there are no details. We know that X-Men: Apocalypse will be focusing on the First Class cast, maybe the show will center itself around the modern day students of Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters.

What do you think? Is this too many superhero shows? Personally, I still can't get over Mutant X.

The recently rumored Supergirl TV show has officially been picked up by CBS. Arrow and The Flash creator, Greg Berlanti will team up with Chuck producer Ali Adlerto to make the show about Superman's Kryptonian cousin, Kara Zor-El.

If you're keeping score that means DC has a show on every network channel, except ABC (owned by Disney). Marvel may have the silver screen, but DC is taking over our living rooms.

The guys behind 21 Jump Street and The LEGO Movie, Phil Lord and Chris Miller are creating a rebooted pilot for cult 80's TV show, The Greatest American Hero. If you don't know, the show revolves around a timid school teacher who's gifted with Superpowers by aliens, kind've like Green Lantern meets Mr. Feeny sans the valuable life lessons.

Plus, check out that awesome credit sequence.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting Sony's plan to take a leaf from Netflix' House of Cards and start producing original content exclusively for the PlayStation Network. The first show on the docket is an hour-long series based on the Image comic, Powers. by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming.

The series will follow detectives solving murders that involve super-powered individuals. It sounds kind've like Castle meets The Watchmen, which to my mind, sounds awesome.

You may recognize that top image as Mass Effect 3 concept art, and the bottom one from the SHIELD episode "The Bridge." Awfully similar, no?

It looks like Keanu Reeves' will not be the last to play the demon hunter seeking absolution. Constantine the TV series is currently being produced by Warner Bros. TV and DC. With show runner David S Goyer and Daniel Cerone, NBC has already picked up the series. It's a good time for comics adaptations!
