Best Of: Hey Man You See That Guy Over There?

Another day, another super exploitable meme format.

"Hey Man You See That Guy Over There" started in April as a webcomic by Facebook user Florkofcrows. The comic, which features two sock men is supposed to represent the feeling of outrage when a person likes someone you don't. This outrage is basically the premise of many internet exchanges, so naturally the macro has been edited to reference various video games, comics and fandoms. Here are some of our favorite examples.

It's hard to believe 16 years have passed since the terrible terrorist attacks of 9/11/2001. There have been many moving tributes since the horrific tragedy, but one that stands out for us in particular is this Spider-Man comic from 2006. Released by Marvel to honor and memorialize fallen heroes, the comic really hits us in the feels.

Watch the Legend, Nancy Cartwright Leave 13-Year-Old Kid Speechless With Spontaneous Bart Simpson Voice

I think it's fair to say the last thing this kid expected was to come face to face with a very legit Bart Simpson IRL! Obviously older generations will know Nancy Cartwright voiced the iconic Bart Simpson, but clearly there's an unfortunate carryover of that knowledge with the kids nowadays. Can't beat that expression of sheer and unadulterated shock.

If there's one thing the denizens of Twitter, the Internet, the world really, are good for; it's banding together and taking up arms to stage a rage-fueled protest against anything remotely or absolutely evident of the proverbial 'whitewashing'. George Takei led the charge somewhat recently on that whole Doctor Strange business. Netflix went and kicked the hornet's nest with their new trailer for Death Note
