Ghost towns are scary enough without having the added fear factor of them being a relic of a decimated regime. A time when people suffered both under the regime's rule and because of its actions around the globe. Yet there is truly something peaceful and even curious about getting to peek behind the iron curtain they put up all those years ago.

To get to actually see what life might have looked like. And in all honesty, there is a striking and surprising resemblance to middle America from around the same period. There are residential houses, town squares with town halls, it looks almost kinda normal. You know, other than the dereliction, destruction, deterioration over time and the couple of creepy statues dotted around the place. So step right up and into this mysterious ghost town, somewhere is ex Soviet territory.

Ok, we can stop the horror show now and get back to watching cartoons if you ask us. If we were to find ourselves on the precipice of this creepy ghost town, we would strong consider turning back. This does not look like a place where you want to bump into the things that go bump in the night.

What in the twisted Disney nightmare is going on here. Is it a crying girl? Is it a crying onion? Is it a dog or a goat? It is impossible to say, and heck maybe it is an abomination caused by the Chernobyl reactor. Whatever it is, we ain’t getting near it…
