Decades of chasing, crashing, and some weird decision-making later, Tom and Jerry are back for another round of unnecessary chaos.

The latest Tom and Jerry movie is on the big screen, and those who grew up watching this iconic cartoon are feeling like kids again. Yes, that includes me. I love to see how this show, which is 80 years old, to be exact, is still fun and children are still choosing to watch it! Or maybe the movie was made for all of us who need that feeling of childhood again. Whatever the reason, this movie is my weekend plan, and I cannot be more excited. If you watched the movie, then please don't spoil anything because I'm counting the days until I get the chance to go to the movies and indulge myself.

If you have been living under a rock and you didn't know that Tom and Jerry had a movie coming out this year… well, let me tell you that is a great story! After being at the Metropolitan Museum of New York City, the iconic duo finds a weird portal that takes them to a golden city (very similar to old China), and there they have to face multiple enemies to get back home. I love how in this plot, the two animals had to cooperate and work together because they have the same goal! Actually, not that I'm thinking about it, they kind of had the same goal on the show, which was to ruin the other's life…

Anyways, I'm very excited! I'm so happy that I don't mind being the only old lady at the movies with a bunch of kids who are there feeling that this movie was made for them! Because it's not! Sorry to break it to them….

Something really odd to me is that the production had to update the cartoon and the characters to make them more modern… which is sad to me. Enough with this long rumble; grab yourself a little snack and enjoy this meme collection before you buy your tickets to watch the movie!
