Well, well, well, you naughty dog, you.

During a recent Twitch live stream discussing the Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection, a Naughty Dog designer seemed to let a cat out of the bag when he mentioned the first Last of Us game.

Folks, there has only ever been one Last of Us released or announced or otherwise. This careless reference seems like a plain admission that the fantastic developer is working on a sequel to the incredible 2014 release.

Games Radar broke it down

It was Uncharted series writer Josh Scherr who had a slip of the tongue, talking up his co-worker Eric Baldwin's facial animation work on "all of the Uncharted games and the first The Last of Us."

Baldwin immediately recognized his error and attempted to backpedal, but he couldn't seem to come up with anything else to say. "Uh, did I say 'the first The Last of Us'? The first The Last of Us. Uh, The Last of Us! The first Last of Us."

They were also kind enough to upload a YouTube video of the incident in question. See for yourself:

This reveal doesn't come entirely out of the blue. Nolan North mentioned the unannounced sequel last June.

Secrets are hard to keep when people talk about them a lot.

Are you excited for another Last of Us?

Skyrim's sequel won come for a while.

You've already waited four years for a sequel to Skyrim and you'll have to wait a fair bit longer, if you can believe Bethesda's VP of Marketing Pete Hines.

Speaking to Dualshockers at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, Hines laid out the current line of Bethesda Software, developer of Skyrim

Hines mentioned that he doesn't think we're close to hear about the next Elder Scrolls. Currently Bethesda is working on Fallout 4, and that takes the entire studio, which is 100% focused on it.

The Elder Scrolls Online just came out on consoles, and has DLC coming this year and into next year, and that's gonna be the Elder Scolls game Bethesda will be talking about for a while. Hines believes that it'll be a "very long time," before the team will talk about what they'll be work on after Fallout 4.

We can all rest assured that we'll have Fallout 4 to tide us over come Nov. 10. And we'll just satiate that desire by watching footage of the post-apocalyptic game to come.

Even if we have to go to PornHub to do it.

Denis Villeneuve is set to direct Harrison Ford in a direct sequel to the 1982 classic scifi film Blade Runner.  The film will take place several decades after the original, and Ford will reprise his role as blade runner and suspected replicant Rick Deckard.  Unfortunately, the existence of this sequel answers one of the film's most oft debated questions with finality: if the now 72 year old Harrison Ford is playing Deckard, he can't a replicant.  For what it's worth, Ford has said the script is the best he's ever read and the sequel is described as "potent" and "faithful."

Ridley Scott will produce the film alongside Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson.
